Branch Administrator in Port Hedland

  • Location: Port Hedland, Karratha & Pilbara
  • Salary: $50-70K + Super
  • Work type: Full Time
  • Classification: Administration & Office Support | Administrative Assistants


  • Reception
  • Liaising with customers
  • Processing Payroll Timesheets
  • Booking and coordinating Flights, Rosters and Accommodation,
  • Booking and coordinating Inductions and Medical’s.
  • Data Entry
  • Raising Purchase Requisitions
  • Assisting the Accounts Administrator as required
  • Assisting the Branch Manager as required
  • General Administration tasks


  • Experience in a general administration or secretarial role
  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills i.e. Word, Excel
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills for liaising with our valued Clients, Subcontractors and internal staff.
  • The ability to work autonomously and also be a team player.
  • Certificate in Business Administration is preferred but is not essential.
