Corporate Receptionist in Melbourne

Description:

  • Switchboard operation; handling and screening calls in an efficient and professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients and other visitors; signing in and assigning visitor badges
  • Organising of boardrooms and catering for internal meetings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Courier liaison
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Managing company cab charges
  • Facilities duties/liaison with building maintenance
  • Stock maintenance and supplier liaison
  • Administration duties and assistance with ad hoc projects as required
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and surrounding areas

Requirements:
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a high standard of verbal and written communication skills and be confident liaising with all people including senior executives. You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. High proficiency in the MS Office suite with high attention to detail is essential as is your immaculate personal presentation and customer focused approach.
