  • Salary: $25.00 + super per hour

  • Operation of a busy switchboard
  • Meeting and greeting high profile clients
  • Booking and maintaining meeting rooms/catering
  • Managing diaries
  • Any ad-hoc administration duties


  • Proven experience in a corporate reception role
  • A professional phone manner
  • An ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Switchboard experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Intermediate MS Word an Excel skills.
