Position Overview

Developing Projects Data Management Plans, policies, procedure as well as process ensuring effective provision of the documents control service for projects.

Main Duties

Develop Documents Management Plan as well as implement techniques for projects. This can include development of the management plan, policies, procedure, process and also tool to comply with the Clough AMEC as well as Arrow policy as well as governance process
Offer Leaderships, guidances as well as training of project personnel in the relation to projects data management policy and procedure. Ensure projects teams have enough understanding of Clough AMEC as well as Arrow Info management needs
Help interface along with Procurement, Projects Control, Quality and also Engineering
Help as well as trains documents control staff in utilize of applicable documents control system to ensure effective provision of documents control service to projects
Work carefully with projects control teams to ensure engineerings document are sent in timely manners plus progressed in documents control systems as these types of paperwork become available
Position Needs

  • Ten years min experience within documents control functions
  • Advanced abilities in data operations
  • Before exposure to Share Point atmosphere
